Prof. Hamed Al-Raweshidy is a Professor of Communications Engineering at Brunel University London and a leading expert in wireless networks and advanced communication systems. He received his BEng and MSc from the University of Technology, Baghdad, and his PhD from the University of Strathclyde, UK.

He has held several academic and industrial positions, including roles with British Telecom, Oxford University, and international research institutions. His research focuses on 5G/6G networks, IoT, AI-driven communication systems, and next-generation wireless technologies.

Prof. Al-Raweshidy currently leads the Wireless Networks and Communications Group at Brunel and has contributed extensively to the field through high-impact publications, patents, and supervision of numerous PhD researchers.
